What we send
Dynamic Cursor LLC sends account text messages to people who use Remodel Command HQ and opt in: billing and subscription notices, security alerts about their account, and replies to their support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share mobile numbers.
How you opt in
Signed-in users open My text alerts (the gear next to their name in the Remodel Command menu), enter their mobile number and check the consent box. The box starts unchecked and is not required to use Remodel Command; users who leave it unchecked get the same notices by email. We record the date, time, account and wording of each opt-in. This is the box exactly as it appears in the app:
